For U.S.-based retail (brick-and-mortar and online) and wholesale vendors, Philosopher can fulfill bulk single cigar, sampler pack, and box orders (see MOQs below). All single cigars (including those in sampler packs and boxes), sampler packs, and boxes are given a GS1-issued UPC-A code for retail scanning.
Minimum Order Quantities (as of 11/18/2025):
- Single cigars = 50
- Sampler packs = 10
- Boxes = 1
Bulk order payments are handled via invoice, payable either via credit card (we accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), or, via wire transfer.
Wholesale prices are offered privately once you've submitted the application form below and we've verified your identity and tobacco license. In order to be approved as a wholesale client, the following information is required:
- First + last name
- Email address
- Phone number (we'll reach out directly here)
- Legal business name
- Business address
- EIN
- PDF of your state-issued tobacco license
- PDF of your sales tax exemption/resale certificate
- Issuing state for license + certificate
